Huntsville AL Photography Session Booking Process

I have streamlined my booking process to try to make it as easy and stress-free as possible. Once you inquire about a session you will receive a link to my booking website. From the booking website you will have access to book any session with me directly in that link. The calendar shows you my availability and you can pick the date that works best for you there. Once you have selected the day you will be able to pay your retainer and sign your contract all right then. It really is just those few steps! While I have created a self booking process I am available to answer any questions you may have along the way.

Communication and Tips Before Your Session

Once you have booked your Huntsville AL photography session you will receive my session guide. The session guide includes tips on what to wear, hair, makeup, what to bring and much more! Prior to your session I will reach out to you to see if you have any questions or specific requests before our session. I will also send you exactly where we plan to meet and will let you know how the forecast is looking. In the event the forecast is predicting rain we will discuss this prior to your session. In some cases we may wait until the day before your session to decide if we need to reschedule, but we will be in communication with each other every step of the way. I am also available prior to your session to help with selecting outfits or answering any questions you may have!

Huntsville Family Photography Session

The day of the session we will meet at our scheduled location. I shoot sessions outside and sessions are scheduling with the time of sunset. It is so important to please be on time to your session. Once the sun starts to go down we will no longer be able to take more photos. Once you arrive for your session I will guide you and your family into poses and prompts to capture beautiful portraits for your family. For most family sessions I try to structure sessions around capturing photos of the whole family first. After that we will capture photos of siblings, children individually, and then a few of just mom and dad.

Receiving Your Final Gallery

I guarantee that you will receive your final gallery within 30 days of your session. My goal is always to get your portraits back to you as soon as possible though! Once your edited images are ready you will receive an email with a link to your full gallery. The gallery will allow you to view all your portraits and can be shared with family and friends. Within your gallery you will have the ability to download your images, share them to social media, and order prints. You are able to print your photos anywhere you’d like, but I always recommend through the gallery as it is a high quality print shop that will give you the best quality and most true to color images. In the shop you are able to order prints, framed images, canvases, holiday cards, and more. The products are then conveniently delivered directly to your door!
